30 Years of 529s Have “Trickle Down” Impact In Savings

Steven Rosen, Kids and Money columnist for the Tribune, cited findings from CSF’s 20th Annual State of Higher Education survey of parents on the multigenerational impact of 529. As 529s turn 30, they have “transitioned from a college savings tool to include financial assistance for educational expenses on a much boarder scale.”
